Our Process
Most basements fail inspection, not construction — the difference between a basement that adds real living space and one that’s just finished drywall is proper egress windows, correct ceiling height, and a legal separate entrance if you’re building a secondary suite. We frame, insulate, wire and finish basements to meet Ontario Building Code, not just to look finished.
That includes egress window installation where bedrooms require it, a full kitchenette or wet bar, its own laundry hookup, and permit drawings filed and inspected with the city. We build basement renovations across Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga and the rest of the GTA.
